The project led by Prof. Dr. Ali Demir, a faculty member of our Faculty, has been awarded funding under the TÜBİTAK 1505 University-Industry Cooperation Support Program. The project is titled “Development of a Nanofibrous Membrane Back Coating for Upholstery Fabrics from PP Filament Yarn Production Waste.”

Dr. Ali Toptaş, a faculty member of our Faculty, is involved in the project as a researcher, while Aydın Mensucat Döşemelik Kumaş Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. serves as the customer organization.
