Research Assistant Suzan Özdemir participated in the 3 Minute Thesis (3MT) Competition, organized by the Graduate School of Istanbul Technical University on May 13, 2026, with her doctoral dissertation entitled “Design, Fabrication and Evaluation of Dual Drug-Eluting Biodegradable Electrospun Small-Caliber Vascular Grafts,” conducted under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. İpek Yalçın Eniş.

The competition aims to enable graduate researchers to present their thesis work in a concise, accessible, and engaging manner. Participants were evaluated based on two main criteria: Comprehension and Content (CC) and Engagement and Communication (EC).

Following the evaluation process, in which each jury member could award a maximum of 30 points and the total score was calculated out of 150 points, Research Assistant Suzan Özdemir achieved an outstanding score of 143.5 points, earning first place in the competition.
