As of the 2024–2025 Fall Semester:

1. Internship approval will not be granted for previous semesters. Internship applications of students who complete their internship without obtaining approval via tekstilstaj@itu.edu.tr
 will strictly not be accepted.

2. Students with missing documents will be given an additional period of two weeks to complete them. If the missing documents are not submitted within this period, these students will be required to repeat their internship.


3. You may not start a voluntary internship before completing your mandatory internship and entering it into the system.

  • The internship contract and ANNEX-1 document will be sent to tekstilstaj@itu.edu.tr by e-mail and approval will be received regarding the suitability of the company and the internship calendar.

  • Students who have obtained internship insurance but have not carried out the related internship will be subject to disciplinary action on the grounds of causing public loss.

  • Submission of internship reports: For internships completed during the summer term, reports must be submitted within one month from the start date of the academic year. For internships carried out during the semester, reports must be submitted within 15 days following the completion of the internship. Failure to comply with these deadlines will result in the rejection of both the internship and the internship report.
