General Information

In the 7th week of the first semester, a report demonstrating the progress of the project must be prepared and uploaded as an assignment within the scope of the TEK 4901E course to be opened on Ninova.
At the end of the first semester, students are required to prepare the “Senior Design Project Proposal” document and submit its electronic copy to their advisor(s). The electronically signed copy approved by the advisor(s) must also be uploaded as an assignment within the scope of the TEK 4901E course on Ninova. In addition, at the end of the semester, students will give a project presentation to their advisor(s), and the presentation will be evaluated by these faculty members. If there is only one advisor, a second faculty member will participate in the presentations as a jury member.

In the 7th week of the second semester, a report demonstrating the progress of the project must be prepared and its electronic copy sent to the advisor(s). The electronically signed copy approved by the advisor(s) must be uploaded by the students as an assignment within the scope of the TEK 4902E course to be opened on Ninova.

At the end of the second semester, students must prepare the “Senior Design Project” document and send its electronic copy to their advisor(s); one bound copy signed by the advisor(s) and one A2-sized poster print prepared within the scope of the project must be submitted to the Faculty Student Affairs Office. In addition, the electronic copies of the signed thesis and the poster must be uploaded as an assignment within the scope of the TEK 4902E course to be opened on Ninova.
